New Year's Parties

The biggest party of the year happens on New Year's Eve! Whether you're with 300+ of your "closest friends" at a swanky bar or attending a small family get-together, ring in the New Year right! New Year's Eve party essentials include party hats, wine glass tags, champagne noise blowers, and lots of confetti. You'll also want to have a variety of snacks on hand for your guests to enjoy such as nachos and salsa, nuts, chicken wings, pizza, pretzels, and chips. No New Year's Eve party is complete without music. Instead of antagonizing over what music your guests will want to hear, ask them to include three song suggestions in their RSVP response. Use a free New Year's Eve online invitation to keep all the suggestions in one place. If music doesn't keep your party jumping, it's good to have New Year's Eve party games to keep guests entertained until the ball drops at midnight. The last must-have for your New Year's Eve party is the lyrics to the most popular New Year's Eve song, Auld Lang Syne. Make copies and distribute them just before midnight. We're sure there is good luck in successfully leading a choir of New Year's Eve party guests!

Christmas

It is arguably every child's favorite holiday. And probably some adults, too. (C'mon – you can admit it). With fluffy snow, cheery passers-by, merry music, scrumptious cookies, and twinkling lights on nearly every house on the block, how could it not be? Who can resist the smell of wrapping paper mixed with freshly chopped pine tree? Who can contain their excitement about the wonderful surprises (both given and received) under the tree on Christmas morning?

Christmas is about giving and sharing, about loving and caring. (And it's the one time of year where it's perfectly acceptable for adults to jitter with giddiness over cookies, egg nog, department store sales, presents and snowball-throwing.) Seriously though, Christmas is such a happy time that it's downright inspiring. It's captivating. It's, well... merry!

Friends

Friend, Ami, Amiga, Bekannte, Amica... No matter how you say it, the word "friend" always translates into companionship, loyalty, fun, love and togetherness. They say birds of a feather stick together, and when you have found your flock you will never stray. Good friends know what that kind of sticky togetherness means, and understand that it's all about being tighter than those tummy-tucking nylons you just bought.

A friend is someone who you can tell everything to. One who always understands. One who is always there for you. One who can be fun or serious, depending on what you need. Friendship is about:

Beliefs
Empathy
Sincerity
Trust
Fun
Respect and reliability
Intuition
Entertainment
Novelty
Dedication
Support
